Gennadi New Construction Update 5) 27 July 2026
As promised, an update on the work being done inside.
First the general picture: a great deal has happened over the past two weeks. The garden walls are now all at their full height, which means additional soil could be brought in everywhere.
The concrete for the terraces has been poured as well, so tiling will start this week. The gardener has carried out his first work too, and everything is really gathering pace now.
A lot of work has been done inside as well. The kitchen was already partly fitted and the worktop has now been installed.
The bathrooms are completely finished and all the furniture has been delivered. The only thing still to come inside is a few changes to the wardrobes: more shelf space and less hanging space. Finally, the painter has to do one more round to touch up small marks and leave everything neat.
The next update will follow once the terraces outside have been tiled, with more news about the gardens.
