Will I receive more information about my stay at the villa?
After payment, and no later than one month before arrival, you will receive a Welcome Book with all the information about the villa, the inventory, check out, and other things that are good to know.
Will I also receive directions to the villa?
Two days before arrival, you will receive detailed directions to the villa.
How do I get access to the villa?
Access to the villa works with codes. No later than two days before arrival, you will receive the code for the entrance gate and the code for the key box to access the villa.
Where can I park, and are there any costs involved?
You park free of charge on the villa’s own grounds, behind the entrance gate.
Where are the nearest shops for daily groceries?
Gennadi: within a 5 minute walk you will find a bakery, greengrocer, and supermarket with a butcher.
Is it advisable to rent a car?
Definitely! The nature of Rhodes is wonderful and very diverse. There are fantastic locations to visit across the whole island. Think of the old town at the northernmost tip, Prasonisi at the very south, and the butterfly valley inland. Following the coastal road around the island, you will come across many more beautiful locations, beaches, and stunning little bays worth visiting. The roads on Rhodes are well maintained, including inland.
Who can I call if I have questions or if something happens in or around the villa?
Gennadi: We have a local host who lives in Gennadi. She can always be reached with questions. You will find her contact details in the Welcome Book we send you.
Is there a first aid post or doctor nearby?
Rhodes: There is a general number for medical emergencies. You will find this number in the Welcome Book and the manual in the villa. Gennadi: There is a pharmacy just outside the village on the main road. 50 meters to the right of it, you will find a first aid post.
