All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito screens, and roller shutters. There are 2 full bathrooms with a shower, sink, and toilet.

But, a vacation in Rhodes is all about being outdoors. On the beautifully landscaped terraces, equipped with very comfortable sunbeds and lounge chairs, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and 350-year-old olive trees, you can fully enjoy the sun. And, under the shade of the pergolas, refreshing drinks taste even better. Enjoy the complete outdoor kitchen with a large BBQ as well. The large 40 m² private pool provides even more refreshment. In Gennadi, less than a 5-minute walk away, you can do your daily shopping at the supermarket and local stores. The countless bars, restaurants, and taverns offer not only delicious food and drinks but, above all, a lively atmosphere. From the house, it’s a 10-minute walk to Gennadi’s lovely pebble beach. For guests who have rented a car, there are 2 parking spaces available in the fully walled and enclosed garden.

Sustainability is very important to us, and Villa Eärendil is equipped with no fewer than 24 solar panels. The extra energy generated is stored in batteries that can be used when the sun isn’t shining. Villa Eärendil uses only self-generated energy. We have also deliberately chosen saltwater pools. This is better for the environment and much better for the skin. The house was built by local craftsmen, and all materials come from Rhodes. The beds and virtually all the furniture are produced in local factories.
