The villa is less than a 5-minute drive from the (pebble) beach and 2 minutes from the center of the cozy authentic Greek village of Gennadi, where you can eat delicious food or buy souvenirs. You can get your groceries at one of the numerous supermarkets, which are also nearby.

The villa is fully equipped. As soon as you drive onto the yard with private parking space, you immediately feel like you are on holiday. The villa has its own infinity pool with luxurious sunbeds, so you can also sunbathe and swim at the villa. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with air conditioning, an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and WiFi. From the spacious (roof) terrace you have a view of the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful sunset every evening.

The villa has a spacious living room with television, so an evening of watching Netflix is no problem. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, induction hob and large fridge with freezer compartment. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Via the stairs you reach the first floor, where there is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom you can reach the roof terrace.
