ABOUT THE VILLA

Are you looking for a luxurious and modern villa with sea view and infinity pool that is also close to the beach? Then you should go to Villa Aeglos in Gennadi! The villa is less than a 5-minute drive or a 15 minute walk from the (pebble) beach and a 5 minutes walk from the center of the cozy, authentic Greek village of Gennadi. Here you can eat delicious food, get a drink in one of the bars or buy souvenirs. You can get your groceries at one of the supermarkets, which are also nearby.

The villa is fully equipped. As soon as you drive onto the yard with private parking space, you immediately feel like you are on holiday. The villa has its own infinity pool with luxurious sunbeds, so you can also sunbathe and swim at the villa. Furthermore, the villa is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. From the spacious (roof) terrace you have a view of the sea and you can enjoy a beautiful evening.

The villa has an open plan living room and kitchen. All rooms have a television making watching Netflix or HBO for example no problem. The kitchen is fully equipped with a grill/oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffemaker, electric kettle and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Via the stairs you reach the first floor, where there is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. From the bedroom you can reach the roof terrace.
